Residential
Bespoke High Performance Home
Located in Muscatine, Iowa this project is a high performance fully custom home.
The 4 bedroom home is the result of a collaborative design process between the client and architect to craft a living space perfectly tailored to their needs. The owners desired a sense of openness and transparency with a strong indoor/outdoor connection year round. The clerestory living room forms the core of the home and the hub of family activity on both levels. Builder Oak Tree Homes executed custom details including the kitchen, bathrooms and living room fireplace which are designed specifically to complement the client’s taste and style.
